Eric P. Hansotia was named Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer for AGCO effective January 2021. Eric is known for setting ambitious goals, delivering results and driving operational excellence. Prior to being named Chairman, President and CEO, Eric served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he oversaw the company’s regional commercial operations as well as its global product management, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Andrew is responsible for providing and developing the financial resources to support AGCO's operations and future strategy. Andrew has been with AGCO since 1994 and has held positions of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller, Assistant Treasurer, and Controller for International Operations. 

Seth provides leadership and direction for AGCO’s precision agriculture and digital organization which also includes the Precision Planting, Fuse smart farming, Digital Customer Experience, Parts and Customer Support teams. Seth leads the strategic business direction for the development of innovative business models, product roadmaps, customer experience and solutions integration globally across brands and product lines.

Greg provides leadership and direction AGCO’s communication strategy with the financial community, ensuring consistency of the company’s message to analysts, investors, employees and financial media. Greg is also responsible for external media communication in the areas of Crisis Management, M&A activity and financial communication.
